Getting married is one of the most memorable days of your life and naturally you’d like all your friends and family to be with you. Unfortunately, these days not everyone can attend in person, whether that’s due to travel costs, health concerns, work commitments or global restrictions.
Don’t let these things exclude your nearest and dearest. Give them the opportunity to participate in your big day through wedding live streaming. Word Out Media can stream your wedding ceremony and reception anywhere in the world.
If your guests can’t be there in person, give them the opportunity to join you virtually via a multi camera LIVE stream.
Vimeo streams can be accessed on any smart TV, phone, tablet or laptop with a reasonable Internet connection. We can send out a test stream in advance of your event to give you peace of mind that your family and friends will be able to participate without any issues.
This includes three camera angles, mixed LIVE, 4G cellular bonded streaming on Vimeo,. This package assumes there is a resident PA system that we can connect to in order to access the microphone feed for streaming. This is an Ideal package for streaming the wedding ceremony only. It requires two crew members who are on site for four hours.
It includes everything in Bronze except we provide the PA system, microphones and speakers so guests at your event will hear everything clearly with professionally mixed audio, as well as those watching online. This is an Ideal package for streaming your wedding ceremony as well as the speeches. It requires two crew members who will be at your venue for five hours.
This includes everything in the other two packages. Plus short little video clips (we call them vox pops) of your guests, recording their messages of congratulation.
This is the best package for streaming the ceremony, speeches and first dance.
We will be on site for seven hours.
Our onsite time includes two hours of setting up the equipment / rigging and one hour of packing everything away.. This provides for one hour of wedding streaming on our Bronze Package, two hours on our Silver Package and four hours on the Gold Package.
To book and secure your date we require a 50% deposit up front with the balance payable a week before the big day.
All prices are based on a 40 mile radius of Newcastle Upon Tyne. Weddings outside this perimeter will incur extra expense to cover travel and will be confirmed upon enquiry.
