I am a funeral director based in Northumberland and recently used Word Out Media on a family's behalf to live stream a funeral service from a church to their relatives in Greece and various parts of the country. I cannot fault the service that was provided and everything was easy and straight forward, from my first contact with Gavin to after the funeral he was extremely helpful and made everything run smoothly. The video quality was excellent and there were no problems with the live streaming. I would highly recommend the team at Word Out Media and would not hesitate to recommend them to other families.

Thank you so much Gavin for the excellent job you did of the live streaming of Mum’s requiem mass. Due to Covid times we were all so sad at not being there but you managed very successfully to make us feel a part of the service, thank you. I so appreciate the dedication and hard work you put in to enable us to participate remotely considering the video was streamed to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, USA, Italy and within the UK. This video will be cherished and played back many times as the years go by.
